Bryant
Ken is a 4-time World Champion in acrobatic dough tossing, with a career in the pizza industry that spans more than three decades. He began in 1993 at Pyzano’s Pizzeria in Castro Valley, California, where he trained under brothers Frank Gemignani and Tony Gemignani, developing a strong foundation in both traditional pizza craftsmanship and competitive performance.
In 1998, Ken earned his first World Championship title at the World Pizza Games in Las Vegas, Nevada, winning the acrobatic dough tossing competition with his James Bond–themed routine. This performance established him as a leading figure in pizza acrobatics and launched a decorated competitive career.
In 2005, Ken was invited by Tony Gemignani to become a founding member of the World Pizza Champions, an elite team formed to compete internationally, including at the Pizza Olympics in Salsomaggiore, Italy. As part of the team, Ken earned three additional World Championship titles in acrobatic dough tossing, contributing to the team’s global success.
Since 2005, Ken has played a central leadership role in the continued growth and international recognition of the World Pizza Champions. He currently serves as Treasurer of the organization and has been instrumental in organizing and operating the World Pizza Games in Las Vegas, helping establish it as one of the premier showcases of pizza acrobatics and industry talent worldwide.
In addition to his competitive and organizational contributions, Ken successfully owned and operated a mobile pizza concept, Ken’s Wood Fired Pizza, expanding his expertise into wood-fired cooking, event-based service, and high-volume execution.
Ken is the Founder and Managing Member of Bryantíno Group, LLC, where he leads consulting engagements focused on operational optimization, systems development, and scalable growth strategies for pizzerias and hospitality concepts.
Known for combining high-level technical skill with disciplined operational execution, Ken brings a unique perspective to the industry, bridging craftsmanship, performance, and systems-driven results.
