Davide, an absolute whiz when it comes to pizza! He grew up in Naples, Italy, working at his father's acclaimed wood-fired Neapolitan pizzeria. He honed his skills at the Federazione Italiana Maestri Pizzaioli Academy, gained experience at a prestigious pizzeria in Vienna, Austria, and managed restaurants in NYC before moving to Philadelphia. His interest and love for Roman-style pizza led him to study at the Massimiliano Saieva Academy. In 2020, along with Vinny Gallagher and Ciro Lubrano, the trio brought their shared vision to life, PIZZATA PIZZERIA, a hotspot that became a destination for all pizza lovers and quickly gained prestigious regional and national awards and press over the years, paving the way for their second location, PIZZATA PIZZERIA & BIRRERIA, now a beloved pizza parlor and neighborhood bar.

In March 2025, he attended the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas, where he won first place in the Roman-style division, placed second in the overall Pan Division, and was honored to join the World Pizza Champions team.

His entrepreneurial drive, creativity, and passion for the industry fuel his continuous research and development, enhancing both the art of pizza-making and his vision for business growth.
