With over 15 years of hands-on pizza-making experience, I am deeply committed to creating exceptional pizza. My involvement in both national and international pizza competitions has provided a platform to showcase creativity and innovation, while collaborating and learning from some of the industry’s most talented artisans.
Together with my wife, Nicole Bean, and I own/ operate Pizaro’s Pizza in Houston, Texas. We proudly opened our first pizzeria in 2011, beginning with authentic Neapolitan-style pizza. In 2015, we expanded to a second location and have since broadened our menu to include Detroit-Style and New York-style pizzas, offering our customers a diverse range of premium pizzas.
Community engagement remains a cornerstone of our business. Through partnerships with local schools and organizations, we actively support a variety of charitable causes. This commitment also inspired the creation of Pizza U, our pizza school, which was developed in direct response to strong customer demand for hands-on education in the art and science of pizza-making.
