Name:William Manzo, Jr. Bio:Chef Manzo has been active in the food and beverage industry for more than 23 years. Billy started as a 17 year old bus boy in the Providence, Rhode Island restaurant industry. He worked his way up to Chef’s assistant in various locations including Las Vegas, Maine and Italy. Billy is now the owner and CEO of Federal Hill Pizza in Rhode Island. FHP is a retail establishment also specializing in the manufacturing of pizza dough and pizza shells. His line of organic and non organic products are produced for clients such as Whole Foods, Stop and Shop and Shaw’s supermarkets. Link: |
