Bio:Chef Steve started off as a dishwasher and worked his way up through the ranks. He has worked in Italian, Japanese and California cuisine restaurants. After taking a short time away from teh professional kitchen he went to the California Culinary Academy where he went through the Baking and Pastry arts program which rounded out his culinary knowledge. Now he runs Kidd's Culinary Creations, as small private culinary services business in the San Francisco Bay Area. His business offers a wide variety of services including small dinner parties and cooking classes. After working with Tony he has begun to add recipe developement to his list of services. |
