Joe Carlucci of Carlucci's in Danbury, Connecticut , earned his national title in Freestyle Dough Tossing at the US Pizza Team trials in Los Angeles, CA in 2003. Joe has been a member of the US Pizza Team for the past two years. He has been featured on ESPN's "Cold Pizza" and the food network special, "World Pizza Challenge".
