Bio:

The son of Italian Immigrants, Dino DiFabio is a third generation pizzamaker who has been working in and out of Italian Restaurants since his 13th birthday. In fact, his first birthday was spent at the grand opening of one of his father's pizzeria's. Dino worked his way through engineering school by working part time in the kitchens and dining rooms of several pizzerias and italian restaurants in Boston. Since moving back to Connecticut to partner with his brother, Dino has recieved high scores in numerous pizzamaking competitions and has been voted New Canaan's Best Pizza Maker.
