Bio:

Audrey Sherman lives in San Francisco where she works at Tony’s Pizza Napoletana. There she has learned how to create true Neapolitan pizza out of the wood-burning oven. Before becoming a pizzaiola, Audrey graduated from Le Cordon Bleu California Culinary Academy. Although she has been working with food her entire life, it wasn’t until she discovered the art of pizza making that Audrey found her true passion.
