Tony Gemignani to Appear on the Today Show

Tony Gemignani of the World Pizza Champions will be appearing on NBC's Today Show Friday October 7th, 7-10am ET.

Tony will be promoting his new book "Pizza: More Than 60 Recipes for Delicious Homemade Pizza". During the show Tony will be making one of the recipes from his book, called the "Cholula Pizza", made with Cholula hot sauce.

Tony will also be showing off his 6 Time World Champion acrobatic dough throwing skills for viewers.

A few of the World Pizza Champions "Special Forces" will be joining Tony on stage to show off there skills as well - Giorgio Giove of Brother's Pizza in Staten Island, Bruno DiFabio of Amore Pizza in Scarsdale, CT and John Gristina of Stefano's Pizza Wilton, CT will drop in for a quick routine.
